I’ve invested myself to this topic for years now, and it has become my life's work.
After my initial curiosity took root in 2019 (while working as a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Advanced RTT Therapist) when I saw the impact self-talk was having in my clients' lives; I decided to do a deep-dive into exploring self-talk structure, and its impact in our lives.
I looked at this through the lens of cognitive science and spent years refining my perspective and approach to self-talk transformation.

Your self-talk structure is developed, mostly passively, throughout your life.
Rather than getting in the way of your wellbeing and fulfillment, it can support them, and align with your needs, values, and desires.
It can enhance your ability to lead your life and business.

This program has concepts and frameworks that relate to the human experience and inherent self-talk structure which is generalized.
That said, one of the pillars is Personalization, where you address your specific needs and desires etc. so that your own self-talk supports you effectively.
It's meant to be customized to you, by you, as you restructure you inner narrative.

That said, while it's not imperative that you actually you run your own business, it is important that my students and clients have a quality of being enterprising as a foundation.
Meaning, you embrace your sense of agency and are resourceful.
Also, it's important that your life is structured in a way where you have the ability to participate in this program and implement the tools and strategies into your daily life.
So having at least one meaningful project/endeavour that you want to pursue is key.
I believe we each have the right to live by our own views and values.

- Climate change is happening and actively harming us.
- Overconsumption contributes to environmental decline.
- Quality education elevates empowerment.
- Everyone deserves safety.
- Abortion access is health care.
- Vaccines save lives.
- Genocide is immoral.
- Quality government needs to be separate religion.
- Firearms restrictions reduce gun violence.
- No one should be above accountability

In summary, I believe our collective wellbeing is the goal.
I share theses views to let you see where I stand on these topics, which equips you to make an informed decision about choosing whether or not to work together.
They are meant to inform, not antagonize, and for those who find them confronting I encourage ongoing exploration of one's views, embracing empathy (for self and others), and looking to accurate evidence for insights.
